I prefer http://torrent-finder.appspot.com torrent search engine.
It’s searches multiple torrent sites, and shows all the results in one table.
Based on Google AppEngine, and I think the torrent search has been never so easy. It’s a beta yet, but you should try it!

Speed.cd is the best site why isnt it on here i can download a 700mb movie in less than 8mins @ 1.6mb/s all the way

Vertor was the best but hasn’t been working today… The Pirate Bay had the most street cred, but now is being sued by 10 huge companies(Disney included.) I’d avoid it from now on.

It’s been a while since this list was post but is obsolete. Mininova loses a zillion torrents a day, and it’s hard to find what you want now.

With AT&T, the lawsuits against these sites, Obama’s fake stance on net neutrality… it’s pretty messed up. Bizznych was right. Google the torrent(so far they’ve been pretty hardcore in defense of net neutrality) They know how much money they’ll stand to lose.
